Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensure smooth production flow, and maintain quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing shop-floor activities and leading production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
Oversee machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and inventory teams for smooth workflow.
Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and shift planning.
Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Identify areas of improvement and implement process optimization.

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in plant or production supervision.
Solid knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and machine handling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
