Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager - Talent Acquisition

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 6 - 7 Years

Industries: Infrastructure

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities for project-based and infrastructure roles.
Handle recruitment for positions such as Project Managers, Commissioning Supervisors, Safety Engineers, Safety Officers, Design & Estimation Engineers, and related technical roles.
Source candidates through digital recruitment platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future project requirements.
Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to understand manpower planning and hiring needs.
Conduct screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation processes.




Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
