Eligibility Criteria:

Below 45 years of age

Minimum qualification: Graduation

Prior experience in hostel/warden roles preferred (but not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹18,000 + incentives

Free food and accommodation provided

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents.

Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.

Address and resolve students’ concerns in a supportive manner.

Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel premises.

Coordinate with management for daily operations and requirements.

Keep records of attendance, visitors, and leave of residents.

Provide guidance, counseling, and support to students when required.

Be available on campus for emergencies, especially during night hours.

Patience and ability to handle students tactfully

Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills

Responsible, approachable, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
