About the Role
As a Marketing Intern at Penster, you will get hands-on exposure to marketing activities, brand-building initiatives, market research, campaign planning, and customer engagement strategies. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical experience in marketing and contribute to a growing brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support social media and digital marketing activities
- Help create marketing content and promotional ideas
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed BBA or MBA
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Interest in marketing, branding, and business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing is preferred
Growth Opportunity
Full-time conversion is possible based on performance and successful completion of the internship.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
