Role Overview

- As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating short form videos that feel modern, well paced and culturally aware.
- Your work will live across Creativefuel’s pages, shaping how our IPs look and sound online.
- You will edit videos that are sometimes witty, sometimes emotional, sometimes rapid, sometimes minimal, but always clean and intentional.
- This is a role for someone who understands both film rhythm and internet timing. Someone who can move comfortably between references, aesthetics and tones.

Responsibilities

- You will edit social first videos for Creativefuel’s IP’s online presence. This includes handling raw footage, refining pacing, adding sound, text and finishing touches that elevate the final output.
- You will work closely with the creative team to shape ideas into final edits that are built for the internet but crafted with attention to detail.
- You will stay updated with pop culture including shows, films, music and internet moments, and use references in a way that feels natural.
- You will help maintain a consistent visual and tonal language across all content, while also experimenting with new formats when required.





What We’re Looking For

- You should have a strong sense of timing, rhythm and tone.
- You should understand what makes something feel cinematic, even on a phone screen.
- You should be comfortable editing across moods including fun, emotional, moody, minimal or chaotic.
- You should know how to make a short video feel complete.
- You should care about sound design as much as visuals.
- You should be genuinely interested in pop culture and how the internet communicates.

Skills and Experience

- You should be proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and be able to work fast without compromising quality.
- You should understand basic sound design, typography, pacing and color grading.
- You should be able to work independently once direction is clear.
- Experience 1 to 3 years preferred, but a strong portfolio matters more than tenure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
