Quality Inspection
Inspect finished garments for defects before packing.
Verify garment measurements, stitching, appearance, and finishing quality.
Check for stains, holes, loose threads, skipped stitches, and other defects.
Ensure garments meet buyer quality standards and specifications.
Segregate defective garments for rework or rejection.

Checking & Verification
Verify garment style, size, color, and quantity against the packing list.
Ensure correct labels, price tags, size stickers, hangtags, and barcodes are attached.
Check folding and polybag packing methods as per buyer requirements.
Confirm carton assortment and packing accuracy before sealing.

Documentation
Record inspection results and quality defects.




Maintain daily checking and rejection reports.
Report recurring quality issues to the Quality Supervisor.
Support traceability by maintaining inspection records.

Coordination
Coordinate with the Finishing, Ironing, Packing, and QA teams.
Communicate quality issues promptly for corrective action.
Ensure only approved garments are sent for packing and dispatch.

Safety Responsibilities
Follow all company safety procedures.
Wear the required PPE while working.
Maintain a secure and clean work workplace.
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
