n Are you passionate about driving business growth in the wellness industry? We are hiring a General Manager – Sales for a rapid-growing organization that delivers premium wellness solutions across hospitality, commercial, and institutional clients.
n Location: Bengaluru
n Experience: 6–8 Years
n CTC: 12 LPA
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Drive business development and revenue growth across assigned territories.
n Build and manage relationships with hospitality clients, architects, consultants, builders, and channel partners.
n Identify new business prospects and manage the complete sales cycle.
n Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close high-value deals.
n Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




n n Preferred Profile:
n n 6–8 years of B2B sales experience in wellness, premium building products, HVAC, hospitality solutions, luxury sanitaryware, spa & wellness, or other high-value project sales.
n Robust network within the hospitality, real estate, architecture, or project sales ecosystem is preferred.
n Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
n Willingness to travel for client meetings.
