Divisional Field Talent Manager

We are looking for a Divisional Field Talent Manager to drive our talent assessment, development, internal mobility, and employee engagement agenda across assigned divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

? Drive the Development Centre (DC) process, including talent identification, assessment planning, and execution.

? Partner with L&D; and ZTIs to build employee capabilities in areas such as cognitive skills, product knowledge, analytical ability, and leadership competencies.

? Manage the DC Talent Pool Master and ensure a solid pipeline of future-ready talent.

? Facilitate Internal Job Postings (IJP) and career moves against organizational vacancies.

? Lead Redeployment of Surplus Talent by identifying suitable internal opportunities.

? Drive and monitor Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)



processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.

? Strengthen employee experience through People Connect and Engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HRBP, L&D;, or related HR functions.
Graduate (Mandatory)
MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
Robust stakeholder management, analytical, and execution skills.
Experience working with large field-based or sales-driven organizations will be an advantage.
