Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop current customers in the CNC/VMC machining industry.

Promote and sell cutting tools & solutions to automotive, engineering, and manufacturing clients.

Provide technical product demonstrations and suggest tooling solutions based on machining requirements.

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through field visits, meetings, and customer engagement.

Build & maintain robust client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and negotiate orders.





Coordinate with internal technical & logistics team for timely delivery and service.

Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC machining processes.
Experience in cutting tools sales / industrial product sales.
Technical aptitude with problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM usage preferred.
Must be open for regular field visits / customer site visits.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred.

Candidates with proven experience in sales of cutting tools / industrial products will be prioritized.

Salary & Advantages:
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
