Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Property Manager to manage rental property maintenance and coordinate with tenants, property owners and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate repair and maintenance work such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.
Prepare work estimates and quotations.
Coordinate with tenants and property owners politely and professionally.
Manage vendors and ensure work is completed on time.
Follow up on ongoing work and provide updates to owners.
Handle day-to-day property maintenance requirements.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of property maintenance and computer/mobile applications. Experience in property management or maintenance will be preferred.
