Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Requirements Engineer to support leading European Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in requirements engineering, systems engineering principles, and automotive development processes throughout the V-Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture, analyze, refine, and manage customer and system requirements.
- Create SyRS and SRS.
- Perform requirement decomposition and allocation.
- Establish end-to-end traceability.
- Manage requirement baselines and change requests.




- Conduct requirement reviews and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with Software, Hardware, Test and Safety teams.
- Support ASPICE assessments.

Required Skills

- 6–10 years in automotive.
- Experience with European OEMs/Tier-1s.
- IBM DOORS / DOORS Next / Polarion / Codebeamer.
- Requirements Management & Traceability.
- Systems Engineering.
- UML/SysML basics.
- ASPICE knowledge.

Preferred Skills

- MBSE
- ISO 26262
- AUTOSAR
- JIRA / Confluence
- Agile

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics, Electrical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related.

Travel Requirement

Willing to travel and work onsite in Sweden for long-term assignments.
