Experience Required: 1–3 years in CASA acquisition or banking sales
Salary: 12LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new CASA customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.

Cross-sell other banking products such as term deposits, insurance, and loans.

Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent follow-up.

Conduct customer profiling to understand financial needs and offer suitable products.

Meet monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets as set by the bank.

Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation for account opening.

Collaborate with branch and backend teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and client acquisition drives.

Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily reports to supervisors.

Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.

1–3 years of experience in CASA acquisition or direct sales in banking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.

Basic knowledge of banking regulations and KYC norms.
