Location: Reliable Tech Park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Requirement:

- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Freshers Welcome

Salary:

- Freshers: Up to 18,000/month
- Experienced: Up to 25,000/month

Rounds of Interviews:

- HR round
- Operations round

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 0-3 years of experience in a BPO or call center workplace.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle voice processes effectively.
- Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound calls, telesales, and customer support roles.
