Job Overview

- Role: Senior SEO Content Writer / Web Copywriter / Content Specialist
- Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of proven core experience in SEO writing and content marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Organic SEO & Content Strategy

- Keyword & Search Intent Research: Perform keyword research to identify high-intent search terms, searcher intent, and content gaps using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- On-Page SEO Optimization: Write and optimize page titles, meta descriptions, header tags (H1-H4), URL slugs, and internal linking structures to maximize search engine rankings.
- Topical Authority: Develop long-form blog posts, pillar pages, and topic clusters designed to drive organic search traffic and establish domain authority.

2. Copywriting & Web Content Creation

- Website Copy: Draft high-converting landing page copy, sales pages, homepage copy, and service descriptions tailored to target buyer personas.
- Content Quality & Tone: Produce original,



engaging, and grammatically flawless content with an authoritative yet conversational tone tailored to international client audiences.
- Content Audits & Refreshing: Conduct historical content optimization—updating and rewriting existing web assets to recover or boost organic search positions.

3. AI-Assisted Editing & Content Standards

- AI Tool Integration: Smartly utilize AI writing assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate research and drafting—without sacrificing content quality or original voice.
- Human-Touch Editing: Heavily edit, fact-check, and refine AI-generated drafts to ensure 100% accuracy, strong storytelling, zero fluff, and zero plagiarism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- English Proficiency: Exceptional command of written English with flawless grammar, style, tone adaptability, and vocabulary.
- Core Experience: 3–5 years writing long-form SEO articles, website copy, and marketing collateral for US/UK/International audiences.
- SEO Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with SEO suites (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest) and content optimization platforms (Surfer SEO, Clearscope, or Frase).
- CMS Comfort: Familiarity with publishing and formatting content directly inside CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
- Portfolio: A proven track record with live portfolio links demonstrating articles ranking on page 1 of Google.
- Certifications (Huge Advantage): SEO or Content Marketing Certifications from HubSpot Academy, Google, or Yoast.
