Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead US Staffing to lead a team of recruiters handling US IT and US Healthcare requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on recruitment expertise, and a proven ability to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT and US Healthcare recruiters.
- Allocate requirements, monitor team productivity, and ensure timely closures.
- Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle for critical and priority positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies and improve team performance.
- Track recruiter metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and team coaching.
- Collaborate with clients, Account Managers, and Delivery Managers to ensure SLA compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4 years of experience in US Staffing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.




- Strong expertise in US IT and/or US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Good knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and US visa classifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
