Overview-We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales to manage and grow strategic customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, account management, and the telecom/technology sector, with a proven ability to drive revenue and deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise customers.
- Understand client business objectives and align them with innovative technology solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and ensure timely updates in CRM systems (CVR & Account Information System).
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and industry developments to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Ensure compliance with customer documentation (CAF), billing, and payment collection processes.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate or (MBA preferred) with minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales.
- Experience in Telecom/ISP or technology-driven industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in:
- Account management
- Client relationship building
- Sales presentations and negotiations

- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
