We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager for West India to build the room-night pipeline for our boutique properties.Pasban — The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country). West is a priority market for us, and this role is for someone who already has the relationships and knows exactly who to call.What you'll own- Revenue for the western region — Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and the wider West market- Travel trade relationships: retail and luxury travel agents, DMCs, tour operators, consolidators, wedding planners- Corporate and MICE accounts — current business plus retention of key accounts- OTA and B2B channel coordination alongside the revenue team- Sales calls, trade shows, roadshows and FAM trips for the region- Rate negotiations,



contracting and annual account agreements- Weekly pipeline and monthly revenue reporting to the founderWho we're looking for- 5–7 years in hotel or resort sales, preferably boutique, luxury or leisure properties- An existing, active book of travel agent, DMC and corporate relationships in West India — this is non-negotiable- Track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets- Comfortable selling experience and story, not just rate — our properties are boutique, not commodity- Strong presentation skills and willingness to travel extensively within the region- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferredWhat we offer- CTC of up to ₹12 LPA, with an incentive structure on top- Direct working relationship with the founder and short decision cycles- A brand in its build phase, where the market you open is genuinely yours
