and ITSM solutions NWe're Looking FornExperience with IT Operations, Network Monitoring, ITSM, APM, RUM, or Observability platforms NHands-on exposure to tools such as Motadata, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, PRTG, WhatsUp Gold, Freshworks, ServiceNow, or BMC Helix NKnowledge of Infrastructure, Application, Database, Cloud, and Hybrid Workplace Monitoring NUnderstanding of Metrics,Logs, Traces (MLT), Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analytics NFamiliarity with Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI, Syslog, NetFlow), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and integrations NExcellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills NIf you're passionate about enterprise technology, enjoy solving customer challenges, and want to work with a leading IT Operations & Observability platform, we'd love to hear from you.
