We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Communications professional to join our team!

Roles & Responsibilities:

n

- Develop and execute the organization's external communications strategy across paid, owned and earned media.
n
- Build and strengthen the company's corporate reputation and brand visibility.
n
- Drive media relations through proactive outreach and relationship management with journalists and influencers.
n
- Draft high-impact communication material including leadership messages, speeches, presentations, articles and other communication assets.
n
- Partner with creative agencies and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
n
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
n
- Identify speaking opportunities, events and thought leadership platforms for senior leaders and CXOs.
n
- Monitor media coverage, identify story opportunities and manage crisis communication when required.
n
- Prepare periodic communication performance reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
n
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and multiple internal stakeholders to deliver communication objectives.
n

Required Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication with exceptional content writing and editing skills.

- Robust media relations and PR management experience.
n
- Ability to develop compelling leadership messaging, presentations, articles and thought leadership content.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
n
- Experience in employer branding and corporate reputation management.
n
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
n
- Crisis communication and reputation management.
n
- Business understanding of Investment Banking, Equities or Wealth Management.
n
- Proactive, creative and solution-oriented mindset.
n
- High ownership, agility and adaptability.
n
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Canva.
n
- Experience in ESG/Sustainability communications (preferred).

Required Qualifications:

n

n
- Postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
n
- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5–6 years in Corporate Communications.
n
- Prior experience handling Corporate Communications for BFSI organizations, preferably Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Broking or Housing Finance.
n
- Experience in both external and internal communications.
