Key Responsibilities:

* Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively counseling students on Digital

Marketing & Data Science courses.

n

* Follow up with leads via calls, Whats App, and emails to ensure conversions.

n

* Maintain a strong understanding of course offerings, career benefits, and industry

n

trends.

n

* Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure,

n

fees, duration, and placement assistance.

n

* Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

n





* Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.

n

Requirements:

n

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

n

* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (education sector

n

preferred).

n

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets.

n

* Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.

n

* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

n

* Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.

n

* Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Data Science is a plus.
