This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with founders, investors, and leadership while driving strategic finance, fundraising, and multi-entity global operations.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Finance Leader to own end-to-end finance across companyand fund entities, including accounting, reporting, compliance, tax, legaldocumentation, and internal controls. The role also covers investment analysis,fund operations, LP coordination, and equity management. This is a hands-on rolerequiring experience in VC/PE or complex multi-entity environments, with exposureto US-based companies and a strong understanding of US corporate, tax, andregulatory frameworks.Role Highlights✔ 100% Remote (India)
