Overview: We are currently hiring Male/Female candidates for

Airport Ground Staff positions in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an
Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the
smooth operation of airport services and providing excellent

customer service to passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting

and assisting passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates -
Checking passengers' tickets and documents to ensure they are valid

- Weighing and tagging baggage and coordinating with the baggage

handling team - Assisting passengers with special needs and
providing necessary support - Handling passenger inquiries and
resolving any issues or complaints - Coordinating with other
airport staff to ensure timely and efficient operations - Ensuring
the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities -




Following all safety and security procedures as per company
guidelines - Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at

all times Requirements: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to

work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work
in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills
and knowledge of airport systems is a plus - Must be physically fit
and able to lift heavy baggage if required - Must have a valid
