Description: We are currently hiring for the position of Airport
Ground Staff for our operations at Nashik Airport. This is an
exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced individuals
to join our dynamic team and be a part of the fast-paced aviation
industry. Responsibilities: 1. Greeting and assisting passengers at
the check-in counter, boarding gate, and arrival hall. 2. Handling
passenger inquiries, complaints, and providing timely resolutions.
1. Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their
baggage. 4. Assisting in the boarding and disembarkation process, including checking boarding passes and travel documents. 5.
Coordinating with other ground staff and departments to ensure
smooth and timely operations. 6. Conducting pre-flight and
post-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is clean and
well-stocked. 7. Assisting in the loading and unloading of baggage
and cargo. 8. Providing wheelchair assistance to passengers with
special needs. 9. Handling any emergency situations that may arise
during the flight. Requirements: 1. Minimum 10+2 or equivalent
qualification. 2. Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of any
other regional language will be an added advantage. 3. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5.
Must be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
1. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry
will be preferred. 7. Must be willing to work in shifts, including
weekends and holidays. 8. Basic computer skills and knowledge of
airport procedures will be an added advantage. 9. Must have a valid
