Cluster Sales Head - Bancassurance - 7+Years - Kolkata

We are hiring Cluster Head Bancassurance 7+ Years for a leading General Insurance company. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Bancassurance Channel, General Insurance Sales, Bank Partnership Management, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management, and Business Development who can drive business growth, strengthen banking relationships, and lead high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities-

1. Drive General Insurance business growth through the Bancassurance channel across the assigned cluster and achieve sales targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers/Channel Managers to maximize productivity and performance.
3. Build and strengthen relationships with banking stakeholders including Cluster Heads, Regional Heads, and Branch Managers.
4. Conduct regular MIS reviews, sales performance analysis, and training programs to improve business conversion and team effectiveness.
5. Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand market penetration and drive sustainable business growth.

Requirements -

1. Graduate or Postgraduate with 7+ years of experience in General Insurance, including significant exposure to the Bancassurance channel.
2. Proven experience in managing banking partnerships, business development, and Bancassurance sales.
3. Prior experience in team handling, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
4. Strong knowledge of General Insurance products including Motor, Health, SME, Property, Commercial, and Travel Insurance.
5. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel.
