- 6+ Years of in-hand experience in Messaging Infrastructure.
- Working knowledge on Windows Server Administration (2016).
- Working knowledge on Active Directory.
- Experience in Migration to O365 (Cutover and Staged).
- Experience in MS Teams and Outlook Troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge on O365 Licensing.
- Experience in Trustwave SEG.
- Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
- Knowledge of network, network security systems, database and data backup.
- Knowledge of Exchange Management Shell and Powershell Online.
- Experience with cloud technologies including Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills requirements
- Ability to adapt and learn / take on new responsibilities and challenges.
