Working closely with ISC improvement Leader, ISC Improvement Managers and cross functional stakeholders, the Senior ISC Improvement Specialist is accountable for end to end execution of assigned initiatives within defined scope and established ISC Improvement governance, including problem framing, maintaining and updating process documentation, supporting users, coordinating and reinforcing trainings, and collaborating with teams across ISC Operations, Planning, Logistics, Capability, and IT to deliver prioritized solutions. A core expectation of the role is the identification, development, and use of meaningful metrics to enable data backed storytelling, support fact based decisions, and influence cross functional prioritization of value delivery while ensuring adoption, compliance, and sustainability of implemented improvements. - Training Capability Enablement: Coordinate, reinforce, and support trainings, knowledge transfer, and user enablement to ensure standard ways of working, metrics interpretation, and improvements are understood, adopted,
