What You'll Be Doing

- Connect with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Counsel candidates regarding suitable UG/PG programs and admission processes.
- Build trust and maintain robust relationships throughout the enrollment journey.
- Handle objections professionally and assist students in making enrollment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual and team admission targets.

- Graduates from any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.




- Candidates with up to 2years of experience in Career Counseling, Admission Counseling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales,, Business Development, Customer Support, or Student Advisory roles.
- Individuals who are confident in speaking with people and can build rapport over phone conversations.
