Role & responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR compliance documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and HR administrative tasks.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive work culture.
- Handle complete office Management.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Coordinate digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.




- Coordinate with design and sales teams for marketing materials.
- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.
