What You'll Do
- Own and grow key modern trade accounts.
- Build strong partnerships with retail buyers and category teams.
- Hit ambitious sales targets while growing market share.
- Plan and execute promotions, new product launches, and in-store activations.
- Make sure products are always available, visible, and selling.
- Spot trends, track competitors, and turn insights into action.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and distributors to keep everything running smoothly.
- Analyze sales data and use it to make smarter business decisions.
- Coach and support your team to deliver their best every day.
What We're Looking For
- 2-8 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Accounts, or FMCG Sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with data and sales reports
- A commercial mindset with the ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership.
