Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Lead to assess the existing SFMC environment and support the migration to a new marketing automation platform. The role involves working closely with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure a scalable, secure, and efficient migration.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical assessment of the current SFMC workplace, including Business Units, Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, Integrations, APIs, CloudPages, Templates, Tracking, and Consent Management.
- Support the definition of the target-state architecture, including data ingestion, identity management, segmentation, campaign orchestration, and preference management.
- Translate business and platform requirements into technical migration requirements,



solution designs, and implementation tasks.
- Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure migration follows best practices, privacy standards, and scalable global patterns.
- Identify SFMC assets to migrate, rebuild, archive, or decommission.
- Support technical decisions regarding SFMC components that should not be replicated in the target platform.
- Coordinate with Web Platform, Data, Privacy, Security, Analytics, and Regional MarTech teams to resolve dependencies and technical issues.
- Review solution designs, implementation quality, testing strategies, and cutover plans.
- Prepare technical documentation, including integration diagrams, migration playbooks, technical guides, and operational handover documents.
- Manage and lead the technical team throughout the migration lifecycle.
