- Conduct thorough vehicle evaluations to identify defects and recommend necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with body shops and other departments to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Develop estimates for repair costs and communicate them to customers in a explicit and concise manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during the entire process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-12 years of experience in automobile service advising or related field.
- Strong knowledge of PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) processes and procedures.
- Ability to evaluate vehicles accurately and provide detailed reports on defects found.
