Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 6–12 years in execution, specifically in high-rise commercial buildings or premium commercial complexes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading structural/architectural drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Knowledge: Expertise in D-wall, deep excavation, Mivan/RMC, MEP coordination, and high-end finishing.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, subcontractor management, and problem-solving abilities

Job Summary-

The Senior Engineer - Execution will be responsible for end-to-end site-level execution, coordination, and quality oversight of a high-rise commercial construction project. The role requires managing structural, architectural, and MEPF works, from excavation to final, snag-free handover, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, safety norms, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Substructure & Earthwork (Diaphragm Wall & Excavation)

- Supervise deep excavation works, shoring, and [Diaphragm Wall (D-Wall)] construction.
- Manage soil testing, dewatering, and ground engineering activities.
- Monitor pile cap construction, raft foundation, and retention wall execution.

2. RCC & Superstructure Construction

- Oversee RCC works, including column casting, shear walls, and slab concreting.
- Ensure accurate fabrication and installation of reinforcement steel (rebar) as per BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).




- Manage formwork systems, including Conventional, Mivan, or Table formwork for verticality and alignment.

3. Structural Fabrication (Steelwork)

- Supervise structural steel fabrication for trusses, mezzanine floors, and facade supports.
- Ensure quality welding, bolting, and corrosion protection (painting/galvanizing).

4. MEPF Coordination (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)

- Coordinate with MEPF teams for shaft preparation, electrical conduit laying, pipe installation, and AHU room construction.
- Ensure timely installation of MEP components before finishing works to avoid rework.

5. Finishing (Tiling, Painting, Furnishing)

- Manage high-end finishing works including large-format tiling, marble cladding, and specialized flooring.
- Supervise interior fit-outs, false ceiling, partitioning, and facade installation.
- Ensure quality painting, plastering, and waterproofing standards.

6. Project Management & Quality Control

- Develop daily/weekly/monthly progress reports (DPRs) and compare them with the master schedule (MS Project/Primavera).
- Ensure quality checks as per ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) and IS codes.
- Verify contractor bills, material reconciliation, and subcontractor measurements.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
