We’re Hiring: Full-Time Social Media Marketer

RatedDocs is looking for an experienced and highly organized Social Media Marketer to join our team full-time.

We need someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch a video, and engage with a post. You should be comfortable managing a large amount of content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time
- 40+ hours per week
- Salary will be discussed during the interview

What You’ll Be Doing

- Research what content is working on each social media platform.
- Write robust hooks, titles, captions, descriptions, and hashtags.
- Adjust the writing style for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Use AI tools to create clear and engaging content for the right audience.
- Use Metricool to plan and schedule 120+ videos every day across multiple accounts and platforms.
- Keep the content calendar planned at least seven days ahead.
- Track which videos, hooks, captions, and topics perform best.
- Use the results to make a better content plan for the following week.
- Make sure every post is scheduled correctly and published on time.

All videos will be provided.



Your job will be to prepare the written content, organize the schedule, publish the videos, and track their performance.

What We’re Looking For

- At least three years of social media marketing experience.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts at the same time.
- A strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good writing and research skills.
- Experience using Metricool or a similar scheduling tool.
- Ability to understand social media analytics and use them to improve results.
- Experience using AI tools for content research and writing.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization.
- Ability to handle a high volume of content and meet daily deadlines.
