About the Role

Job Spectra is looking for an experienced and target-driven Visa & Immigration Consultant who can convert inbound leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the immigration, overseas recruitment, study abroad, or international hiring industry and possess strong counselling and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries, walk-in clients, and assigned leads.
- Counsel clients regarding overseas jobs, work permits, immigration, study abroad, and visa opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert leads into successful sales while consistently achieving monthly targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the documentation and operations team for smooth processing.




- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the consultation process.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration, overseas recruitment, study abroad, or international hiring.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Basic CRM knowledge (training will be provided if required).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
