Guardian Hospital is a NABH-accredited multispecialty healthcare facility committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team and provide quality medical care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, examine, and manage patients in the OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU under the guidance of consultants.
- Provide prompt medical care during emergencies and stabilize patients until specialist care is available.
- Monitor admitted patients and document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Attend medical emergencies, Code Blue, and other emergency situations as per hospital protocols.
- Perform routine medical procedures within the scope of practice.
- Review laboratory and radiology reports and inform consultants regarding significant findings.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient medical records.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- MBBS from a recognized medical college.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of hospital experience will be preferred.
- ACLS/BLS certification will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in emergency and critical care situations.
- Sound knowledge of medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
- Team-oriented with a patient-centric approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic medical records is preferred.
