Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, branding initiatives, and events to promote real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute offline campaigns (hoardings, print ads, brochures, etc.)
- Coordinate site branding, kiosks, and promotional activities
- Manage vendor relationships (printers, agencies, event vendors)
- Organize events, exhibitions, and on-site activations
- Ensure proper branding at project sites and sales offices
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and report outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong vendor management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of offline marketing channels and branding materials
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

Experience & Qualification:

- Graduate in Marketing / Business / related field
- 3–4 years of experience in offline marketing
- Real estate experience preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
