About the Role

M/s Om Lubricants is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sr.Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lubricant sales, develop current business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Visit retailers, workshops, fuel stations, transporters, fleet owners, industries, and institutional customers regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new dealers and distributors to expand market coverage.
- Promote Servo lubricant products and company schemes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the office for order processing and timely deliveries.




- Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Participate in promotional activities, customer meets, and marketing campaigns.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
- Experience in lubricants, automotive, FMCG, tyres, batteries, industrial products, or channel sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
