Role Overview

Help new sellers join Thotfy by guiding them through the registration, onboarding, and product listing process. Assist sellers with application-related queries and ensure they successfully publish their products.

Key Responsibilities

- Call current and existing sellers to complete onboarding.
- Guide sellers through account registration and profile setup.
- Assist with GST/UIN, bank details, and document submission.
- Help sellers create their shop and publish products.
- Resolve basic application and account-related issues.
- Follow up with sellers until onboarding is complete.
- Update seller status and call notes in the system.
- Escalate technical issues to the relevant team.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation.




- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.

Success Metrics

- Number of sellers onboarded.
- Onboarding completion rate.
- First product published.
- Seller satisfaction.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
