Position: Assistant Fashion Designer (with end to end Production Coordination Experience) OR Production Manager (Fashion/Apparel Background)

Job Location- 27 Sarat Bose road, 2nd floor, Bhawanipore Sreepally, Kolkata-700020, West Bengal

Experience: 1–3 Years in similar fashion labels.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Design development, trend research, forecasting, and collection planning.
- Create sketches, print placements, and embroidery concepts.
- Coordinate sample development, production, and vendor follow-ups.
- Work closely with pattern & cutting masters, tailors, and embroidery artisans.
- Monitor production timelines, quality control, and order execution.
- Maintain production and inventory records.

Skills Required:

- Hand sketching, draping,



and basic pattern-making skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Understanding of fabrics, embroidery, surface ornamentation, and garment production processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fashion forecasting and trend research.

Preferred: Experience with designer apparel, or similar fashion brands.
