Position Overview:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager-Retail to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and retail, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets. As an Area Business Manager-Retail, you will be responsible for managing the retail operations of our Tanishq brand in the Kolkata region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets

- Manage and oversee the retail operations of Tanishq stores in the Kolkata region

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service

- Conduct regular market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition





- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and retail, preferably in the jewellery industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel within the North East region as needed
