Job Title: Field Officer – BankingJob Summary

The Field Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products and services, conducting field visits, verifying customer information, supporting loan processing, and ensuring timely collections and customer relationship management. The role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory to achieve business and portfolio quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and loan products.
- Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and generate business leads.
- Verify customer identity, residence, business, and documents as per KYC and bank guidelines.
- Assist in loan sourcing, documentation, and application processing.
- Monitor loan utilization and conduct post-disbursement visits when required.
- Follow up with customers for EMI payments and overdue collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community members.
- Promote cross-selling of banking products such as insurance, credit cards, and investment products.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, bank policies, and internal procedures.
- Prepare daily field reports, customer visit reports, and MIS updates.
- Achieve monthly sales, collection,



and customer acquisition targets.
- Address customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or field sales.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
