Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team
- Ensure all financial and legal rules are followed
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and financial reports
- Manage risks and protect the companys financial health
- Support business growth with strong financial guidance
- Work with global teams across different countries
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Help leadership make transparent and confident decisions

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification




- 1520 years of finance experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in IT Product or BFSI Technology companies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good business understanding and decision-making ability
- High integrity, discipline, and attention to detail
