Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance qualified to lead and drive the organization’s financial strategy, focusing on capital structuring, fund-raising, and financial optimization. This role is strategic in nature and requires a strong finance mindset rather than a traditional accounting background.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead fund-raising initiatives including debt and equity financing
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and venture capital firms
- Identify opportunities to raise funds at optimal/low cost of capital
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
- Provide strategic inputs to leadership on business expansion, investments, and cost optimization
- Evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships, and capital deployment strategies
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management
- Ensure financial discipline across business operations

Desired Candidate Profile





- Strong background in corporate finance, financial strategy, and fund-raising
- Experience in handling equity capital, venture capital, or structured finance (preferred but optional)
- Proven ability to secure funding and manage investor relationships
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and capital structuring
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Leadership capability with a business-oriented mindset

What We Are NOT Looking For

- Pure accounting professionals focused primarily on compliance, bookkeeping, or routine accounting functions

Educational Qualification

- CA / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent qualification preferred
