Role Summary:

As an Academic Counsellor, you will act as the primary guide for students and parents, helping them navigate educational pathways. Your goal is to understand their academic needs, recommend suitable programs, and drive enrollments through consultative guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Student Mentorship: Provide one-on-one sessions to discuss academic goals, course selection, and career aspirations.

· Lead Conversion: Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads, converting enquiries into admissions through effective communication.

· Program Guidance: Clarify questions regarding program features, pedagogy, curriculum, and career planning.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, session notes, and follow-up activities using CRM tools.

· Target Achievement: Consistently meet weekly and monthly counselling and enrollment targets.

· Market Awareness: Stay updated with current global education trends, admission procedures, and university requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Education:



Diploma Bachelor’s degree/BBM,BBA or a related field

· Experience: 1–4 years of experience in EdTech counselling, inside sales, or academic advising.

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

· Soft Skills: High levels of empathy, active listening, and strong persuasion or negotiation abilities.

· Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared).

Preferred Attributes

· Experience in selling high-ticket educational products.

· Multilingual proficiency (e.g., English, Hindi, and regional languages).

· Familiarity with CAD tools, Embedded ,VLSI is added advantage
