- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Check on guests during their meal and address concerns promptly.
- Create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Service Excellence

- Follow Tossin Pizza service standards and SOPs.
- Upsell menu items, beverages, desserts, and add-ons to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when required.

Restaurant Operations

- Prepare restaurant for service, including table setup and station readiness.
- Transparent and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and guest touchpoints.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory checks as assigned.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
