Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager who can lead Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Outreach, AEO, GEO, Reporting, Team Management, and SEO Automation for international projects.

The ideal candidate must have a proven record of generating qualified leads and organic growth from international markets, not just traffic.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven experience handling multiple SEO clients/projects.
- Proven experience managing SEO team members/execution team.
- Solid expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content Strategy.
- Strong practical experience in Outreach, Publisher Negotiation, and Authority Link Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Proven track record in generating organic leads from international markets.
- Strong knowledge of recent Google Updates, Spam Policies, Indexing, Content Quality, and SEO Best Practices.
- Experience in building SEO SOPs, Workflows, Reporting Systems, and Automation Processes.
- Good understanding of AI tools and automation for SEO productivity and reporting.
- Exposure to Claude Code, OpenClaw,



and MCP-based SEO Automation Workflows is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple projects.
- Manage and mentor SEO team members and review deliverables.
- Conduct technical audits and drive implementation with developers.
- Plan and review On-Page SEO, Content Optimization, Internal Linking, and Page-Level Improvements.
- Build and manage Outreach, Link-Building, and Authority Acquisition Campaigns.
- Improve visibility across traditional search and AEO/GEO/AI Search environments.
- Create Reporting Dashboards and automate repetitive SEO/Reporting tasks.
- Work toward Qualified Lead Generation, Traffic Growth, and Keyword Visibility from international markets.
- Communicate strategy, progress, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.

Important

This role is for someone who can show real SEO results, manage a team, build systems, automate workflows, and drive business growth.

Traffic-only SEO or basic backlink work will not be enough.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
