Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Fund Raising & Corporate Finance

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Fund Raising & Corporate Finance to lead strategic fundraising initiatives for our rapidly growing Solar Energy and EV Charging Infrastructure Development business. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial leadership skills along with proven expertise in raising funds through institutional and private investors.

Candidates with combined experience as a CFO and Fund Raising Manager are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support business expansion.
- Raise capital through:
- High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs)
- Venture Capital (VC) Firms
- Private Equity (PE) Investors
- Banks
- NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies)
- Financial Institutions
- Prepare investor presentations, financial models, and business valuation reports.
- Lead negotiations with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
- Structure debt and equity financing for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, taxation, and corporate governance requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and financial partners.




- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with promoters, directors, auditors, legal advisors, and investment consultants.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or
- Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in Corporate Fund Raising is mandatory.
- Experience working in Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, EV Infrastructure, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or EPC sectors will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with previous experience as both CFO and Fund Raising Manager are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation
