Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Executive to maintain safety standards across site & manage projects with quality & timeliness. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing safety systems, conducting safety audits, maintaining safety compliance, managing projects working with internal stakeholders & external suppliers and driving continuous improvement initiatives. A strong background as team player and stakeholder coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, identify potential hazards, assess risks associated with various tasks and follow up actions
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences
- Implement & manage plans, policies & protocols to improve safety and ensure compliance on site.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
- Track project progress with project managers, identify potential issues,



and generate regular reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and flag them timely to minimize disruptions.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree along with qualification in Health & Safety
- Min 5years experience working with Safety systems implementation & regulations
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Team player, good communication and coordination with stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office with strong presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to identify and resolve project and safety-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Nice to Have:

- Basic understanding of project management
- Basic understanding of HACCP/GMP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹385,706.49 - ₹806,661.86 per year
