Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Dehradun
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
- Manage email lists, audience segmentation, and database hygiene.
- Build and maintain automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create visually appealing email templates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and sending times.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions, bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue), HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is an added advantage.
- Understanding of email deliverability, spam filters, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).




- Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of lead nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Must have experience generating leads from USA, Canada, UK, and European markets.
- Experience in bulk email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to execute B2B bulk email campaigns for lead generation.
- Experience generating leads for Digital Marketing, Website Development, App Development, Software, and CRM solutions.
