Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One to join our Finance team at our Dahej location. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, experience in ERP-based accounting, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions using SAP Business One.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal voucher entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Assist in GST reconciliation and support statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate accounting and MIS reports as required.




- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Accounts & Finance.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in SAP Business One.
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
